My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, although the bed situation was a bit odd with one larger than the other. The staff was very accommodating, even though they could work on being a bit more engaging. The location was excellent, in a quiet area but still close to all the main tourist spots in Rome. The dining options were good, with plenty of choices for breakfast. Overall, it was a nice stay with minor room for improvement.

However, there was a small hiccup with invoicing details. The buffet breakfast provided a good selection, and the dining experience was satisfactory overall.
